Maritime & Offshore

Connected Operations for Offshore Supply Vessels

Starlink-powered real-time digital twins, AI decision agents, and class-ready maintenance management, transforming every vessel into an always-connected intelligent asset.

Starlink Makes Every Vessel a Connected Asset

Persistent broadband at sea transforms offshore supply vessels from disconnected mobile assets into always-on nodes in your digital operations network.

Always-On Broadband

Starlink Maritime delivers 100–350 Mbps to every vessel. No more delayed sync, batch uploads, or waiting until port. Every sensor reading, camera feed, and work order update flows in real time.

Real-Time Digital Twins

Continuous connectivity means the shore-side digital twin is always current. Engine temperatures, fuel flow, DP status, and cargo conditions update live, not hours later via satellite email.

Fleet-Wide AI Decisions

AI agents reason across your entire fleet simultaneously. Compare fuel efficiency between vessels, redistribute spare parts based on live inventory, and schedule maintenance around actual operational windows.

Live Video from Anywhere

Stream live HLS video from deck cameras, engine rooms, and bridge monitors directly to shore. Edge AI runs safety detection on board while Starlink delivers alerts and clips in real time.

AI Agents That Reason Across Your Fleet

Powoflow AI agents continuously analyze operational parameters, location data, maintenance history, weather conditions, and regulatory requirements to surface actionable decisions, not just alerts.

Multi-Source Reasoning

Agents correlate engine telemetry, weather forecasts, voyage plans, and CII targets to recommend optimal speed and routing. Decisions draw on 12+ data domains simultaneously.

Predictive Maintenance Scheduling

Combines vibration trends, oil analysis, running hours, spare parts availability, and upcoming port calls to schedule maintenance at the optimal time and location.

Fleet-Wide Resource Optimization

AI tracks inventory across all vessels and shore warehouses. Recommends pre-positioning spare parts at the next port of call based on predicted consumption and lead times.

Compliance Automation

Alarm rules watch the signals you choose and raise them through a full ISA 18.2 lifecycle, so a threshold breach is acknowledged and documented rather than noticed. You define what matters; Powoflow makes sure it is not missed.

Purpose-Built for Offshore Supply Vessels

From vessel bridges to offshore platforms, Powoflow delivers real-time visibility in the most challenging environments.

Global Fleet Tracking

Real-time vessel positions on a fleet map with full voyage history, route replay and ETA prediction.

Weather & Sea State Intelligence

GFS weather tiles with wind, wave height, pressure, and precipitation overlaid on your fleet map. 3-day forecasts help plan safe and efficient routes.

Maritime Security Monitoring

Real-time feeds from 53 geo-data sources including piracy reports, port security alerts, conflict zones, and travel advisories for global maritime awareness.

Offshore Maintenance Management

Complete CMMS with ISO 14224 failure coding, 8 task types, digital signatures, and preventive maintenance scheduling. Class-ready audit trails for every work order.

What we contribute to a compliance case

Powoflow is not a statutory record system. It is the evidence layer underneath one, and it is precise about which is which.

An audit log you did not have to remember to keep

Every mutating action, who, what, when, which endpoint, lands in an immutable log with a configurable retention window and a dead-letter queue if a write ever fails. Nothing depends on someone filing it afterwards.

Non-conformity to corrective action, in one thread

A finding becomes a work order with a required reason on hold or cancel, ISO 14224 failure coding, parts consumed, hours booked and a signature that cannot be edited after the fact. The trail from observation to sign-off is one object, not four systems.

Per-component maintenance history

Structured, queryable history against each item in the asset hierarchy, with reliability roll-ups (MTBF, MTTR, availability). This is the raw material a surveyor asks for, held per component rather than per vessel.

Access control and encrypted transport

Tenant isolation enforced from a verified token, TLS in transit, encryption at rest, and per-tenant scoping all the way down to the WebSocket connection. Standard hygiene, stated plainly.

Checklists that produce evidence

Digital checklists with typed tasks, readings, pass/fail, range checks, photo capture, attached to the equipment they concern, so an inspection produces a record rather than a memory.

What we do not do

Statutory certificate and survey registers, class records, crew certification, rest-hours, PSC deficiency tracking and MARPOL or CII emissions reporting are not built. If one of those is your first requirement rather than your fifth, tell us. It changes what a sensible first phase looks like.
